Private Investors for Commercial Real Estate

Bridge loans lenders takes the hard work out of finding a solid investment to put your money to work in. Our principles have decades of experience in underwriting, and risk assessment in the real estate debt field. We only work with accredited investors and institutional capital. We review 20-30 loans a week while picking 3-5 per month to fund. Preservation of capital and a modest return of 7-11% is our primary focus. Equity and exit strategy are the leading factors in deciding on a specific investment and most of our loans carry a term of 1-2 years.
